2. Definitions

  • 2.1 “You,” “User,” “Customer” refers to any individual accessing or using the Website.
  • 2.2 “Order” means your request to purchase from us per these Terms.
  • 2.3 “Product(s)” refers to the items listed on the Website.

3. Eligibility & Registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable to access the Website. You by agreeing to these Terms & Conditions you agree you are binding to this contract.
  • Users can create an account by filling their information which is not shared by Joeykare further. Further, the security of the information and account is in the hands of user.
  • Keeping the user information in the Website registration form complete, accurate, and up-to-date is your responsibility.
  • Use of another User's account information for availing the products and services on the Website is expressly prohibited.

  • Joeykare will take reasonable steps to secure user data, but users must also maintain confidentiality of login credentials.

4. Product Information

  • We strive for accuracy, but colors, patterns, and images may differ slightly due to photography, lighting, or device display.

5. Pricing & Taxes

  • All prices include applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
  • Any statutory taxes or duties (e.g., import duties for international orders) are your responsibility.
  • Product and service prices are listed as shown, but occasional technical or typographical errors may cause discrepancies. Joeykare reserves the right to correct such errors or cancel affected orders. If the actual price is lower, you’ll be charged the lower amount. If it’s higher than listed, your order may be cancelled, and we’ll notify you promptly of the cancellation.

6. Ordering & Payment

  • Orders are placed via the Website and are subject to acceptance by us.
  • We accept prepaid methods (credit/debit card, UPI, wallets, net banking).
  • COD orders incur a non-refundable ₹50 processing fee and must be paid in full at delivery. COD availability is subject to courier limitations.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse COD orders at our discretion.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • Standard delivery for India: minimum 5– maximum 7 working days from confirmation unless otherwise specified.
  • Free domestic shipping on prepaid orders.
  • International shipping available upon request via email (with the subject "International Shipping"); applicable charges apply.
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you once products are dispatched.

8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • If unsatisfied with quality, received wrong, or a defective product: contact us within 48 hours of delivery; return by day 7.
  • Products must be unused, with original labels and packaging.
  • Exchange for same-value or higher items is available; extra amount payable. Refunds only for verified manufacturing defects.
  • Replacement shipments may incur an additional nominal shipping fee for reverse pickup.

  • Refunds may be issued for verified manufacturing defects or other eligible cases as per our Return Policy.

9. Privacy & Data Security

  • Personal data (email, address, payment) is collected for provision, billing, authentication, improvement, and communication.
  • We use SSL encryption but cannot guarantee absolute online security.

10. Intellectual Property

  • Website content (text, logos, images) is owned by us or licensed. You may not reproduce or misuse any part without express consent.

11. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

  • We are not liable for any direct or indirect, incidental, or consequential losses beyond the product purchase price.
  • You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from misuse or violation of these Terms and for infringement of our Intellectual Property rights.

12. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

  • Disputes are governed by Indian law, with courts in Mumbai, India having exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms without notice. The revised version will apply to future orders.

14. Severability

  • If any clause is held invalid, the rest remain in effect.

15. Force Majeure (Unforeseen Events Beyond Our Control)

·         Joeykare shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to fulfill its obligations, including the provision of products or services, if such delay or failure is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. These may include natural disasters, wars, strikes, government actions, civil unrest, pandemics, lockouts, accidents, or other unforeseen events that directly or indirectly hinder our operations.

·         Such occurrences, known as "Force Majeure" or "Acts of God," will not constitute a breach of our Terms. Any delays resulting from these events will be excluded when calculating deadlines or timeframes specified in our agreement with you.

16. 3rd Party Content & Links:

·         Joeykare may share third-party links for your convenience, but we don’t control or endorse their content. We’re not liable for any loss from using them. Please verify all information independently, as using third-party content is at your own risk.

17. Termination

·         These Terms remain in effect until ended by you or Joeykare. You may terminate the agreement by stopping use of the website and closing your account.

·         Joeykare may suspend or terminate access at any time-due to policy violations, legal reasons, technical issues, or if services are no longer viable. In such cases, your access and data may be removed. Any obligations before termination still apply. Joeykare may also change or discontinue services without prior notice.
