Shipping policy
1. Domestic Shipping (India)
- Standard delivery timeline: (5 -7 working days )from order confirmation.
- Orders may arrive in multiple shipments to optimize delivery time.
- Free shipping on prepaid orders.
- Express Shipping (1-3 working days) with additional fee of Rs 175/-. Email at connect@joeykare.in with:
o Subject: Express Shipping
o Order Number
We will send you the payment link for the extra payment. Reply back on the email with payment details and we will process as Express Shipping.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Full payment, including the COD fee, must be tendered to the courier agent before parcel opening.
- COD orders are not eligible for on-delivery exchanges or returns; all such requests follow the regular return policy through Customer Care on email at connect@joeykare.in as per Return policy.
- COD availability is subject to courier service limitations by pin code. If COD is unavailable, we’ll inform you promptly.
- We reserve the right to modify, withdraw, or refuse COD services at our discretion.
- COD not available on express delivery
3. International Shipping
- For orders outside India, please email us at connect@joeykare.in with the subject “International Shipping”.
- We will provide applicable shipping options and rates. International shipping charges apply separately.
- Product will be dispatched only once the payment is done.
- COD is not available for the international shipping.
4. Risk & Ownership
- Once the product is dispatched, risk of damage or loss during transit transfers to you.
- The item’s ownership and risk shift upon handover to the courier.
