Refund policy

1. Overview
We stand behind our products. If you're dissatisfied with the size fit, received the wrong item, or a defective product, please follow the procedure below so we can resolve promptly.

2. Eligibility Wrong Item, Missing or Damaged Items:

·         Report within 2 days with photos of product and packaging

  • Return or request exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact.
  • Returns/exchanges not allowed for personalized, made-to-order items.

3. Exchange Guidelines

  • Exchange for an item of equal or higher value-you’ll receive payment instructions for the difference.
  • For an item of lower value, you'll receive store credit for the difference (valid for 1year).
  • COD is not accepted for exchanges.
  • For expedited exchange, you may place a fresh order and return the original item.
  • If seeking Refund and no exchange, Full refund via store credit (valid for 1 year). When you wish to avail the same, please choose the product and variant and send us an email.

4. Return & Exchange Process

  • Email us at connect@joeykare.in within 48 hours of delivery, including:
    • Order number
    • Description of issue
    • Clear photograph of the item

 

  • Keep the original invoice and tags.
  • We will respond within 1–2 business days.
  • Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup at   an additional reasonable cost.
  • While the orders placed under COD incurs a non-refundable flat fee of up to ₹50, in addition to the invoice total will not be returned, in case if the product is placed for any return or replacement.

In case reverse pickup not possible, you will have to self-courier at below address:

The Shipping costs for the replacement will be charged as per the policy, but will be waived off in case of damaged or wrong products received by the user.

 

5. Non‑Acceptance Conditions

  • Returns requested after the 48-hour notification or 7-day return window will be declined.
  • Damaged, used, or incomplete items will not be accepted.

6. Cancellations

  • Cancel anytime before shipping for full refund or store credit
  • No cancellations possible after shipping

7. Address Errors / Undelivered Orders

  1. Please double-check your address and phone number before placing an order.
  2. Once an order is shipped, we cannot modify address details.
  3. If a courier returns the order due to incomplete/wrong address:
    • A fee of ₹150 will be deducted before issuing your refund.
    • For Express Orders, actual shipping cost will be deducted.
